Cough cough… wow.. so much dust in here.. haha. Alright… sorry for not updating for the past few months.. been lazy and busy to update alrdy i guess.. I’m still alright.. safe and sound.. haha.. of cos.. many things have happened during the past few months.. Well.. let me summarized..

Took exams during the end of november.. and my results have gone back to normal as compared to the semester before this.. thanks to my study group, tengyi and jing.. hah.. been studying together every weekends.. even though the 3 of us are studying totally different subjects.. hah. We’ll continue this for the coming semester..

Went to KL with ty, jing, jo and evan from the 1st of dec to 4th of dec.. it was fun.. but there were other things that happened too.. nonetheless.. it made each of us learnt and grew..

Celebrated Shirley’s birthday at the MacDonald’s! wahha.. Back to the children days.. Baked brownies as birthday cake for Shirley too..

Meetups with my sec sch pals for KTV and steamboat.. fun and laughter, with great catch ups..

Xmas gathering at Jing’s place.. wonderful event with wonderful gifts and sumptious food made by Li Tai. LOL.

Last but not least.. New Year Countdown at Marina! Supposedly to go for sec sch’s xmas cum new year party at Chi Wai’s place.. but hai.. stupid me got paranoid as they were no updates and thought the party’s cancelled.. thus went to Marina instead.. =( Its ok.. CNY I will do my part.. haha.

Alright.. A brand new year 2009.. Wish everyone a very happy new year.. may each and every one of you achieve in whatever resolutions you all have made.. and let this be a great year! (boo to economic crisis)

Strive October 7, 2008

Mid terms have just passed.. Hmm.. results aren’t really good still.. even though I’ve put in effort in my revision.. I just get anxious whenever I got stuck in a question.. especially maths.. Calculations just get mixed up.. and carelessness attacks.. If I had just skipped without stucking there.. If I had just managed my time well.. If I can just be calm… so many ifs.. but wtf. wake up Jasper. The IFs don’t turn back time for u. Just don’t make the same mistake in the final exams.. GO GO GO.

Just failed BTT again. for the second time. laugh laugh. I really can’t believe it when I felt so confident while doing it. Wasted 20+ bucks alrdy for juz BTT. Wtf Jasper. KEEP PRACTISE and DON’T BE OVERCONFIDENT. GO GO GO.

One more month+ till exams.. must keep the engine on.. GO GO GO Jasper.

Random thoughts.. September 21, 2008

Its really thankful to have good friends to stick with.. they are someone whom I can confide in, play around with.. It was only after primary school when I realize the importance of friends.. because I always had this solitude feeling in my primary school days.. not really close friends.. and never keep in touch.. It was then I treasure my secondary school life.. and am glad to have a group of them still keeping in touch.. and then came the JC period.. hmm a rather complicated and busy 2 years.. still in contact with some of the closer ones.. occasionally see some of them in NUS.. The TSKs start to form unknowingly haha since last year.. I think its good to have a group to study and play with during these stressful years.. I love my friends..

However.. there are some of them.. whom I have tried to keep up in contact and maintain the friendships with.. arent really keen. Maybe because I never did enough? or perhaps they have better friends to hang out with.. Maybe to them, I’m not doing enough.. coldness strikes when we chat.. Not sure what I did.. But I know the times, when we were listening ears to each other.. when we gave advices to each other.. Its thankful that they were around during low times of my life.. Hope they don’t disappear one by one..

Perhaps I shld start putting more effort to keep the flame ongoing.. to get rid the coldness we are having.

Long Awaited September 19, 2008

Sorry for the very late post once again.. been real busy these days with work (sigh..) and friends (hehs..).. Blogging this post in school right now before going off to meet up the clique for a dinner and movie.. heh.

Project and assignments deadlines come one by one.. Have been working like.. non-stop.. and wooosh -time flies.. now half of the sem is gone.. Hopefully so far so good for me.. Celebrated Jo’s 21st birthday with the clique last friday.. It was a good break I must say haha.. or should I say.. the best days for the past whole month haha.. She held her party at Aloha Loyang chalet.. the rest of the clique went to help out to prepare the party.. Oh.. We also ‘shun bian’ celebrated Tengyi’s birthday.. whose just 3 days away from Jo’s… guess what.. we had 3 cakes for that past 3 days.. goodness. FATFATFATFATFAT. lol.. anyways.. those 3 days of fun, laughter, preparation, mahjong, and ‘family gathering’ at Ikea was great.. and I ended up getting sore throat.. eepz.

Welcome back to SG, Evan and Jo August 19, 2008

Last sunday went to changi airport to receive Evan, Jo, Bryan and etc.. who were coming back from Korea.. Tengyi, Jing, CX, Shirley and I planned to reach as early as 1 pm to study in the airport.. But then, mum told me that we were to celebrate my brother’s birthday at gram’s.. so I could only go at around 3 plus. AND in the end, I din get to celebrate though.. cos my brother could only reach gram’s at 7 plus.. Mum told me to go ahead instead.. zz.. why not earlier.. Luckily I did some revision instead at gram’s before heading out..

Reached airport at around 4 plus.. when I saw the rest of them studying at T2 Mac’s.. We studied for an hr or 2.. before heading to T1 to receive the couple and friends.. Saw Evan’s parents and his twin bro, Eric, while waiting for them to come out.. haha.. After waiting for like an hr.. We finally saw them since two months ago.. Jo seems to be tanner.. haha.. and Evan’s still the same.. saw Bryan and Jiang Yuan.. but they left earlier.. We went for dinner at level 3.. the same place where we had our dinner on the day we were sending them off.. Its feels good to see them back.. like a reunion haha.. even though its only 2 mths..

Awkward. August 13, 2008

Today is such an awkward school day for me.. I can’t help feeling that way though because of what happened in school..

Reached sch at about 12.20.. was late for lecture.. the buses to school were all freaking crowded.. I wasn’t suppose to be late.. -.- Anyways, first lecture I had earlier today was Interactive Media Development Project.. which is the big project I was talking about earlier on.. Was pretty alone, since Jo and Evan weren’t here.. We were to form our groups today.. Jo/Evan and I have decided to split up this sem, as in, not doing project work together anymore.. So Jo and Evan have their group formed already.. With their wide contacts it should not be a problem for them, even they aren’t back in Singapore yet haha.. As for me.. I did ask some whom I know whether they want to take me in their group.. but well.. they either din reply, or they have a group alrdy.. what’s awkward is that one of them told me to just pair up with Jo and Evan.. and find another one to make up the group.. haha.. I guess most of them would find it weird why the 3 of us, usually quite close together, din end up in the same grp.. then they’ll start to think of what happened.. plus i’m the only one who’s left out.. Guess y’all shld know what they’ll be thinking..So end up, the ‘left overs’ including me, were grouped up by our prof, Dr. Ashraf.. So now, I have a brand new group.. my members.. 2 of which were from the same module that Jo, Evan and I have taken last sem, and another girl whom I’ve seen b4, but dunno her as a person.. Will strive my best with them this sem nonetheless..

The next lecture is my geography module.. the lecturer went thru an hour of introduction and stuffs.. It was during that time when he used the IVLE, our school integrated virtual learning environment, and accessed his class roster, on the presentation slide itself.. Being a lecturer, his IVLE is different from us students’, one of which is that his class roster shows photos of each student, and which faculty he or she is from, where as for students’, only names. So he scrolled down, saying besides students who are from arts, they are others who are from science, engineer and SDE… there’s SoC as well.. I’m the only one. -___-… The lecturer scrolled and saw my name.. and said ” ah! there’s School of Computing as well “, and came a big hoo haa from the other students. I was feeling awkward then at the moment…. I was thinking, “like do you need to scroll down and introduce as well..?” Not that I’m feeling malu as a SoC student.. I mean.. so what if I’m from SoC? whats with the fuss? -__- zz

Sch has started once again… August 12, 2008

Sorry for the loooooong waited update.. haha.. New semester has started.. sigh.. have to work harder this sem to compensate my bad results that I’ve gotten last sem.. Doing 4 modules.. one big project, and some assignments.. I guess its much more better than last sem.. more time to revise and concentrate on the project.. taking maths as well… gosh that was 5 yrs since I last touch A level Maths.. Hope I can still manage well with it.. I’m taking a geography module as well.. on weather and atmosphere. Don’t ask me why, haha, but I am really interested in it.. hope this interest keeps me on going to strive my best.. last but not least.. computer graphics, well.. just do my best. lol.. not much confidence though.. another programming.. =__=

Some updates for last july:

Officially 23 years old now.. lol.. Tengyi, Jing and Shirley has a small birthday surprise for me on the 28th of July at my house.. I was really touched by the small celebration.. Thanks alot guys.. of cos not forgetting to thank CX, who had stomach upset that day, and Joevan (new name for you two HAHA), even though u 2 are in Korea, u all were still part of it.. Of all the presents I’ve gotten, I like the Cosmos giant book best.. (Its a book about the Universe and Planets).. thankyew all.. Family has celebrated for me as well.. well.. every year.. haha.. the best family I ever have..

Went to Taipei from 29th July to 3rd of Aug.. The best trip I ever have.. haha.. Eat, and Shop, and Eat and Shop!! Walked until my backache got worsen.. ouch. Its not enough seriously for just 6 days.. and its only in TAIPEI! hahah. Really enjoyable.. But had a bad constipation.. not enough fibre I guess.. LOL. Definately will go back there again.. Must save more moneeey…

Alrite that’s about all.. Hopefully I can get free from the holiday mood and go back to study..

Random July 10, 2008

Zz.. stupid renovation woke me up this morning.. Felt like strangling the person who’s doing the drilling.. Nothing much happening lately.. just the usual gymming, swimming, revising, and nuaing.. haha.. oh.. I just became a tutor too.. to think that my cousin is my first student.. haha.. Hopefully the stuffs I’ve learnt are still kept inside my rusty brain.. zz..

Anyways.. Had a impromptu dinner at Ikea with Tengyi, Jing and Chi Xian on Tuesday nite.. Renovation is still on-going though, but the restaurant has been renovated.. Missed the food there since the last time I went back in April.. Its nice to have dinner with the TSKs.. though Jo and Evan weren’t around.. Felt something amiss though.. maybe cos of their absence.. haha.. Jing gave us three some stuffs that she bought from her Taiwan trip.. some R(A) stuffs haha.. which are edible.. tsk tsk.. and a cute stack of poker cards.. we ended up playing Big2 at the restaurant hah.. well.. looking forward to my taiwan trip too.. as well as the gathering of the TSK with full strength..

Granny’s 66th Birthday June 17, 2008

Yesterday was my granny’s 66th birthday.. My second aunt decided to hold a birthday celebration dinner at Jumbo Restaurant, situated at Serangoon Garden.. She has booked one private room for the occasion. Went to gym in the day with Tengyi.. before I went back to bishan to get ready for dinner.. Oh.. Went to collect the bouquet of carnations which I’ve ordered the day before from the florist.. before heading back home for preparation..

Reached there at about 7 plus.. and as usual.. we were the last family to arrive.. bro and mum were just taking their own sweet time.. Gave my birthday wishes to my granny.. and handed her the bouquet.. She was surprised and happy.. heh.. Mum told me that she lovesss flowers.. so yup.. Dinner was great.. there was ktv too! My bro was the one snatching the mic all the time.. haha.. Cousins enjoyed singing too.. Here are some photos..

Gatherings/Sentosa + Evan’s birthday/Sending Off June 12, 2008

Okay.. sorry for the delay.. been rather busy these days.. gatherings and planning for holiday.. its going to be a long post.. so if u guys are interested to read, continue on, else just skip it. hah. Mum has gone to taiwan for holiday since last sunday.. And I have to help her with the housechores so that she can go for holiday without worrying bout the housechores.. geez.. I guess so far still alright.. but I’m not sure if I have met my mum’s standard.. hah. Hmm.. I shall start from 31st May, Saturday.. Had a short gathering with my secondary school friends.. didn’t join them for dinner at Shokudu, Raffles City.. since my grandma has already cooked my portion for dinner.. joined them later at this hong kong cafe that’s beside Shokudu.. Chi Wai and his gf, Xiuyun left early to club..  whereas the others were deciding what to do next.. Its getting boring in Singapore.. nothing much we can do.. since we have already done whatever we can already hah. In the end decided to play mahjong at my grandma’s place.. felt abit uneasy at first.. since its not really my home but my gram’s.. luckily my second aunt gave the green light.. heh..

Move on to 4th June, Wednesday.. Chalet at Sentosa with the TSKs.. we planned a surprise for Evan, as his birthday is coming.. Jo and Jing baked cupcakes for him.. and also bought a bag for him.. Tengyi, Jing and I met first to go check in.. whereas Jo tried to delay time for us to prepare.. Tengyi booked a hut at Costa Sand.. and the hut.. wow.. really small.. but its really cozy.. haha.. In the evening.. we wanted to go to vivo for dinner.. it was only then we know that we have to pay 3 more dollars when we are at vivo.. We decided to go Kou Fu at Palawan Beach instead for dinner.. After which.. we chilled out at Cafe del Mar.. nice environment..

On the second day.. its the second part of Evan’s birthday surprise.. our evil plan haha.. blindfolded Evan and led him to the beach.. He was then give a task by us.. which is to ask people to draw items listed on the paper, on his body using lipsticks.. hahah.. here’s a preview

Its damn funny lar.. because the items drawn are XXX stuffs haha..chilled out at the beach.. Chi Xian came in the afternoon.. We had a great fun with Chi Xian’s camera.. haha.. Her camera can be brought underwater and take picture.. so all of us have been taking turns taking photographs underwater.. funny images.. In the evening.. we had dinner at Kou Fu again haha..Chi Xian couldnt join us as she had a dinner appointment.. Jackson, Raymond, Maurice and his gf, Valerie came too.. Had a short catchup with them, after which.. we went for the Luge (lugi haha) ride and Skyride.. its fun.. hah.. skyride is kinda scary at nite.. haha.. Wanted to find some place to chill.. but its already quite late.. Jackson and Raymond went home then, and the rest of us went to the “most southern part of asia” at Palawan Beach.. haha.. Slept pretty early that nite.. hah..

On the third day.. went for a short dip in the morning with Tengyi and Evan.. before we checked out.. we went for buffer lunch at Straits Cafe.. Hotel Rendezvous.. Nice food.. Oh.. Chi Xian joined us too.. Maurice and Valerie left early.. The rest of us decided to watch Kung Fu Panda.. We were deciding to where to watch.. before finally decided to watch at J8.. near to our home.. hah.. Chi Xian couldnt join us as she had a job interview.. The movie was great.. least to what I expected.. really hilarious.. especially Master Wu Gui.. HAHA.

On the 9th june.. Went to sent Jo and Evan off at Changi Airport T1.. they’re going to Korea for summer programme.. Bryan and Jiang Yuan are going as well.. Its quite a funny sight when we saw Evan’s and Jo’s parents came together.. talking with each other.. hahaha.. Could see Evan and Jo’s awkward expressions.. haha.. Tengyi and I went there after gym.. Jing was already there.. Shirley and Chi Xian came too after their work.. Had dinner at Popeye’s.. before saying alot of goodbyes to Evan and Jo.. haha.. The rest of us went to T3 for a visit.. Tengyi became the tour guide haha.. since its Jing’s, Shirley’s and Chi Xian’s first visit to T3.. Had dessert at Kopitiam.. before we went home..

On to 11th June.. which is yesterday.. Have a gathering with my former JC classmates at Mind’s Cafe.. Its been a long time since I last saw them.. Sock Fang, Angeline, Aleathea, Hui Mei, Darius, Derren, and Wei Qiang came.. Yuan Xing came later to meet us.. Had a good time catching up.. Sock Fang’s going to USA for a programme.. Darius, Derren and Wei Qiang having IA this coming sem.. Angeline, Aleathea and Hui Mei are now on a new phase of their lives.. working life.. haha.. sigh.. my time is coming soon.. hah..

Seems like everyone around me is going overseas.. Evan, Jo, Bryan and Jiang Yuan at Korea.. My Mum, Second aunt, granny and Glennon already in Taiwan.. Jing going Taiwan as well in a few days’ time.. Sock Fang going US.. some other frds going to Asia and Europe.. I wanna go overseas too..
